Board of European Students of Technology (BEST) has a long history of engineering competitions. European BEST Engineering Competition (EBEC) is a project with two important aims, to develop the technical abilities and soft skills of technical students and widening their horizons by engaging them in team based challenges.
This project consist of three hierarchical stages:
1. Local Round: Each university involved in the project organizes a local engineering competition for teams of four top students.
2. Regional/National Round: The winner teams of Local Rounds compete in a semifinal grouped by region or country.
3. Final Round: The winner teams of Regional/National rounds compete here to find the BEST Engineering Team of the year.
EBEC Nordic is the second stage where nine different universities in the Nordic countries participate.
The students will get challenging tasks, which they will have to find a solution to in a given amount of time in two different categories:
· Case Study
